Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha was born into a sporting family in 1984. They also had siblings who played sports, such as skating and hockey. Aleesha had played a variety of sports like soccer, basketball and softball, before she got into bodybuilding, when she was around 15. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014, after winning the NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix took place in the year 2000, where she finished the 4th place. In spite of this, "Worlds strongest mom" had a brief break from the sport due to health issues.
